If you are an
established line or have experience in premium denim
production, please call one of our representatives so we can
help you with your project.
In general, once you have a finished and approved sample,
you can start your production.
Once your markers are generated, and your production deposit
(60%) is paid, we will give you a production time line.
Production generally takes between 5-9 weeks to complete.
Production prices:
Once your final sample has been approved, 9b will give you
an exact production price. Your production price will depend
on the amount of detail on your jeans, type of denim used,
laundry treatments, and quantities produced.
Our average manufactured price for a style of jean is
$38.00. Our customer’s generally sell these jeans for an
average price of $160.00+.
Production minimums:
Our production minimums are only 200
pairs/style. Our company has the capacity to produce upto
50,000 jeans/month, with additional capacity available.
How to get started:
Customer Purchase Order must be placed and should include the
following: Company name, your name, date, shipping and billing
information, style, color (wash), fabric, and quantities for each
wash/size/inseam.
Purchase orders may be submitted to 9b by mail, by fax, or email.
After review of your purchase order, a 9b representative will confirm
your purchase order. Every order must be formally accepted by 9b in
order to be valid.
Once purchase is confirmed and deposit is received, production will
start. You will receive a expected completion date once your
production deposit is received and all components to do your
production is at hand.
If customer is providing fabric labels, accessories, packaging
materials and any other components, these items will all have to be
present before production can start. 9b has the right to delay or
change completion date of the production until all components to
complete production have been received. |
